Booking & Payment Policy
- Upon you confirm a service with Authentic travel, our representative will send an electronic invoice where the services you are confirming are detailed and the Payment due date. Keep in mind that it states that all the services are booked, not necessary Confirmed.
- 60% of the total service cost is required immediately in order to secure and prepaid space limited services (e.i. Hoteles, flight tickets, etc).
- 45 days before the service day starts, the remaining 40% is needed.
- Authentic travel will notify that receives the total payment. We will send trip documents with services description and information.
- The service will be confirmed 100% when we receive the total service payment
If you confirm a service less than 45 days:
- Upon you confirm a service with Authentic travel; our representative will send an electronic invoice where the services you are confirming are detailed.
- Just after you receive the invoice, TOTAL service payment is required in less than 48 hours. The client is responsible to send copy of the bank transaction immediately.
Cancellation policy:
- More than 45 days prior the trip starts, 85% of the total trip cost paid is refundable
- 20 to 44 days prior the trip starts , 70% of the total trip cost paid is refundable
- 5 to 20 days prior the trip starts, 25% of the total trip cost paid is refundable
- 1 to 5 days prior the trip starts, NO refund apply
