Antigua Cultural Walking Tour Half Day
Morning Cultural Walking Tour in Antigua is a journey through time and history, visiting ruins, churches, markets, and museums; in this city, the colonial times' stories and legends are still present along with the old paved streets.
In this journey, you will visit: La Merced Church, Convent Las Capuchinas, Saint Joseph Cathedral, Central Park, local craft market & Chocolate Museum
Pacaya Volcano
Pacaya is one of the three active and most visited volcanoes of Guatemala. It elevates 2,552 meters above sea level (8,373 ft.), and this is one of the suggested volcano hikes due to its easy ascent and spectacular views of the volcanic chain.
The Pacaya adventure tour begins with a morning transfer from Antigua Guatemala (1 hour) towards the active Pacaya volcano's foothills. Pacaya volcano hike will take 1.5 hours. Approximately and requires a moderate effort. Please take note that it is possible to rent a horse at the Park entrance.
Our trail will take us through a pine forest, where you will get to volcanic ash and finally reach the cone. From the top, you can enjoy the volcanic chain's excellent views, the Pacific coast's lowlands, and El Salvador. After enjoying our volcano adventure tour, you will return to the foothills to get back to your hotel.
Antigua – Chichicastenango market – Lake Atitlan (Thursday and Sunday)
After breakfast, Chichicastenango (2.5 hours) will enjoy the native market. The aroma of incense and the people's mysticism proposes a unique atmosphere, with tropical flowers, bargaining of prices, and a church with mixed Mayan and Catholic traditions.
Chichicastenango is a market that every Thursday and Sunday appears and disappears as one of the ancient commercial traditions of the Guatemalan highlands and that now delights the visitors, also visit the local cemetery and a craft factory,
After seeing transfer to your hotel in Lake Atitlan (1 hour)

Lake Atitlan
Today, you will take a scenic boat trip through Lake Atitlan (30min) directly to San Juan La Laguna's village, where you can visit the women's textile cooperative to discover hand weaving and natural dye practice.
Visit the studios/homes of the naïf painters, then continue to Santiago's village. You will continue the tour to the village visiting the Maya God Maximon and learning about the Tz'utujil group's textiles' spiritualism and beliefs.
After finishing your visit, you will be transferred back to our hotel.
Lake Atitlan – Iximche – Flight to Flores
In the morning, visit Iximche. This Maya Cakchiquel city was founded in 1463, less than a century before the Spaniards' arrival, who played a determinant role in this Guatemala region's conquest. In gentle pine forests, you see the traces of this city.
Its four ceremonial plazas with their temples and ball court host worship ceremonies for the gods even today.
Have lunch at some of the local restaurants in Tecpán and continue to Guatemala City Airport

Tikal National Park
Today you will have a tour walking inside one of the most incredible destinations within the Mayan world; this destination is a phenomenal mixture of nature, history, and Maya archaeology.
The Mayan forest, neotropical fauna, palaces, temples are silent witnesses of the birth and splendor and the collapse of one of the most influential civilizations on the planet.
BBQ lunch will be served in a restaurant located inside the park
After the Tikal tour, you will be transferred to your hotel.
Yaxha National Park
Today you will head towards Yaxhá National Park. Yaxhá is located on the banks of a Lake of the same name; here, we will walk through their causeways under an exuberant tropical forest. Howling monkeys flood the atmosphere with their howls to impress the females or move away from an intruding male in their flock.
We will climb some temples that are the photographers' accomplices, as they offer beautiful views. We will conclude the day in the high part of temple 216, the tallest structure in the place. After the tour, transfer to the border and continue to San Ignacio Belize,

Actun Tunichil Muknal (ATM)
Today you will be transferred to the Aktun Tunichil Muknal site, the "Cave of the Stone Sepulcher," one of the most impressive caverns within the Maya lowlands.
Upon arrival, you will be outfitted with the necessary equipment for the Caving Adventure. For 3 hours, climbing and caving activities will be the essence you will enjoy.
You will be enchanted by this cave, which comprises a cave system with a series of chambers, ending in a 300 by 50 meter cathedral where sacrificial ceremonies once took place. You can travel to the Mayan past and witness a living museum where human sacrifices and artifacts are located in their original context. Later on, an exciting drive to the trail ahead, a 45 minutes trek through the tropical jungle within Tapir Mountain Nature Reserve, and wade across three streams; learning about the plants and animals of the jungle will be an important activity.
After the tour, you will return to the hotel.
San Ignacio – Jaguar Paw Tour – Belize City – San Pedro Ambergris Caye
Today you will be transferred to Jaguar Paw to enjoy cave tubing (approx. 1.5 hrs.)
The cave tube is one of the most exciting adventures you can experience in Belize as you become one with the country's natural and cultural aspects.
Enter the exciting world of rivers that disappear into the underworld as you float in inner tubes with only your headlight to light your way. Enjoy the floating side windows that filter the jungle light through the mist as you circle the stalagmites jutting out of the river and stalactites peeking out from above. Pass by the underground waterfalls and then to the Crystal Cathedral, a spiritual center for the ancient Mayans.
Exiting the underground cave system and entering the bright green jungle with white cliffs is an incredible sight that people have to experience first hand.
After the tour, you will continue to Belize City to take a collective water taxi to San Pedro Ambergris Caye.

Hol Chan Tour
Today our representative will meet you at the hotel reception to start an exciting day trip to one of the most popular diving/snorkeling sites in Belize, Hol Chan Marine Reserve. The guides will show you around this spectacular snorkel area.
Hol Chan is protected as a marine sanctuary hosting a dazzling array of tropical fish. Then you will head on sailing to Shark Ray Alley, where you encounter sharks and rays in their natural habitat. An adventure through seagrass beds, the mangroves, the reef, and the shark ray alley all in one with a diversity of marine life in this 7.8 sq kms of the reserve.
The Shark Ray Alley is a shallow water snorkel where you will enjoy swimming with the harmless nurse sharks and famous southern stingrays.
After the Hol Chan tour, you will be transported back to the hotel.
